Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial. You can signup for free and use all the features. No credit card required.
Once you signup, you can use all the features for 14 days. After 14 days, you will need to choose a plan and enter your payment details.
We only offer yearly plans at the moment. But, if you have a specific requirement, please get in touch with us. We are confident we can work something out.
You can pay for the subscription using your credit card. Your card information is never stored on our servers. You are in control of your payments.
Yes, you can change your payment method anytime. You can choose to pay using a different card from your account.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. Once you cancel, you won't be charged next year.

An external user is someone who is not a part of your organization. You can invite them to collaborate on your projects. You may want to invite a client, a vendor, or a freelancer.
For billing purposes, an external user is also counted as a user. Inviting an external user will consume one user from your plan.
If you exceed the user limit, you will need to purchase additional users. The additional users will be charged at $3/user/per month.
Unlimited plans has no limit on number of users you can add to your account. There is a fair usage policy of 200 Monhtly Active users.A user using CoreHQ atleast once in a month will be treated as Active user. We will not limit your account if you exceed this limit, but we may reach out to you to discuss your usage, if it is significantly higher than the limit.
Yes, you can switch plans anytime. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account. The remaining amount will be adjusted in the new plan.
We offer a geneours 14 day free trail without any credit card. If you have added a card and choose a plan, we will bill you only after 14 days. Use the free trial to make sure CoreHQ is right for you. We still offer refund within 15 days from the date of purchase.
